Bubble Wrapping & Fragile Prep

Eliminate customer returns and transit breakage with heavy-duty bubble cushioning engineered to pass Amazon's mandatory 3-foot drop test.

The Amazon 3-Foot Drop Test Standard

Amazon requires all fragile and glass items to survive a series of 3-foot (1-meter) drops onto a solid concrete floor without cracking, chipping, or leaking. The drops are performed from 5 different orientations:

  • Flat on the base
  • Flat on the top
  • Flat on the longest side
  • Flat on the shortest side
  • Directly onto a corner

If an item breaks at the Fulfillment Center, Amazon flags your account with an inbound defect, disposes of the unit, and may suspend the ASIN. Our bubble wrapping process eliminates this risk.

  • Glassware & Barware: Glasses, decanters, jars
  • Ceramics & Pottery: Mugs, plates, bowls
  • Candle Jars: Scented candles in glass
  • Cosmetics & Perfumes: Perfumes, serums
  • Home Décor: Mirrors, picture frames, vases
  • Sensitive Electronics: Displays, components

Our 4-Point Fragile Packaging Protocol

Multi-Layer Air Cushioning

We wrap products in multiple layers of heavy-duty bubble wrap, completely enclosing edges and corners.

Secure Tape Lock

Bubble wrap is tightly sealed with industrial tape so the item cannot slide or shift inside.

"Fragile" Warning Sticker

High-visibility fluorescent "FRAGILE – HANDLE WITH CARE" labels alert warehouse and courier staff.

External FNSKU Placement

The scannable FNSKU label is affixed smoothly over the outer wrap for fast Amazon barcode scans.
